Was happy to easily find the replacement item on the website and order. Then received a super helpful how to video by email! Got the part, followed the video, and back to shooting hoops in no time.

This is by far the best indoor basketball wall mount set available. It can take a beating, and keeps going. A screw came lose from the wear and tear and my son misplaced it. The owner personally handled my issue and immediately sent the part I needed, and extra replacements of any other parts I might need down the road. Two thumbs up!!!

This goal is amazing. I have had it for four years and only needed to replace the rubber band a few times. Great indoor goal.

Our Ram goal is the most used toy we have in our house. It's used everyday, multiple times a day, and the kids love it! We have recommended it to many friends and they they have had the same experience we have.. it's durable, well constructed and tons of fun. If it broke, we would immediately purchase another.
